Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to track health status accurately
• Providing reminders for prescribed medications
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other memory impairments through tailored memory and dementia care techniques
• Support patients during hospice or end-of-life care by offering comfort measures and emotional support in accordance with care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment

Experience

• Prior experience in home care, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring long-term care support
• Previous experience working with and handling conditions like Alzheimer’s, dementia, and hospice care.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining professional boundaries

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
