Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant

Elder Care by Traditions is currently seeking a seasoned, mature, very compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for Coolidge Corner area of Brookline, Ma,
Hours:
Monday through Friday 1:30pm-8:30 pm, The HHA and/or CNA should have some flexibility. Possible days you would be needed earlier or longer due to appointment and/or social gatherings.

This family is requesting that we have 1 (one) aide for Monday through Friday. So please, if you are not available for the Monday through Friday then this case would not be for you.
We do have other cases that you might be a great fit for!

The CNA and/or HHA would assist our client with his activities of daily living, light household support, some meal assistance, companionship, assistance with his range of motion exercises, stimulating conversation and activities, walks.

CNA and/or HHA Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
CNA and/or Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Elder Care by Traditions Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows:
Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
2+Years experience working with your Certification
Must speak very clear English.
Must have current Flu and Covid Booster
Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, dependable and skilled HHA
Must have experience working with Dementia
Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
You must own a smart phone.
