We’re hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide essential care and support to individuals across Massachusetts — right in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide one-on-one care and assistance with:

Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Shopping, errands, and medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Promoting safety and independence in the home

Your care helps clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

What You Need Home Health Aide (HHA):

CNA license or HHA certification (Required)
Experience in home or community-based care
Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia or developmental disabilities (a plus)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (Required)
Clean background check
