Your main goal in this role is to provide safe, professional, and loving care to our patients in their homes. Union HHAs / CNA possess patient care knowledge; autonomy, organized and committed experience.

This position will service the Marion Co - Indianapolis area as a part time role. Due to growth, this position will be a full-time role.

Requirements:

• Certified Indiana Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide Certification is required
• Home Health or Hospice nursing experience preferred but not required
• COVID vaccinated is required or a medical / religious exemption
• Must be able to travel all of the Marion Co / Indianapolis area
• Must be able to work a part-time role - flexible for growth for a full-time need
• Must have an active Two Step - TB or chest Xray
• Must have an active CPR card
