Home Health Aide, HHA (Caregiver)

At Home HealthCare is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our newly restructured home healthcare team.

When a client accepts At Home HealthCare a their in-home care provider, we except our employee's to be willing and able to provide but not limited to the following;

Personal Care:

• Helping with bathing and grooming.
• Dressing
• Eating assistance
• Walking
• Help moving from bed, wheelchair, or toilet
• Home Making:
• Picking up prescriptions.
• Preparing meals.
• Light housekeeping(vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting, changing linens/bed making, laundry, ironing)
• Garbage removal
• Shopping.
• Companionship Care
• Reading
• Conversation
• Playing Games
• Scrapbooking
• Puzzles
• General Responsibilities:
• Immediately call the office to report any changes in the clients condition, situation, or incident.
• Follow plan of care by performing identified tasks.
• Protect clients rights to confidentiality of clients and families in accordance with the HIPAA regulations.
• Prepares and submits signed, weekly time sheets for each client.
• Maintains 6 in-service continuing education per year in accordance with agency policy.
