Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our home health team serving patients throughout Orange County.

The Home Health Aide will assist patients with personal care and daily living needs in the home setting while working under the supervision of a nurse or therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility as assigned
• Assist with light patient-related tasks during the visit
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising clinician
• Follow the patient’s care plan
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and safety
• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
• Follow all agency policies and home health regulations

Qualifications

• Active California Home Health Aide certification preferred
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently in the field
