Job Summary

CRM Health Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides to provide non-medical in-home support to clients of all ages. The Home Care Aide assists with daily living activities, companionship, and light household tasks to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time weekday position totaling 16 hours per week. Responsibilities may vary based on the client’s individual care plan and support needs.

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including standing, bending, reaching, and safely lifting (50lbs or more) or assisting clients who may require support with mobility or transfers.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide supervision and ensure a safe environment
• Support daily routines and structured activities
• Offer gentle redirection and reassurance as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany client to activities or outings as appropriate
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care needs preferred
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in changing situations
• Comfortable providing hands-on care and behavioral support
• Ability to assist with mobility and lifting (50+ lbs as needed)
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
