Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care and support to clients in Holliston, MA and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible scheduling, extra shifts, or consistent caregiving opportunities in a home care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer medication reminders as directed in the care plan

• Observe and report any changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines

Requirements:

• Active CNA or HHA certification (or relevant caregiving experience, depending on role)

• Prior experience in home care or caregiving preferred

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient

• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

• Must be able to travel to client locations in Holliston and nearby areas
