Home Health Aide/Part-time

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide quality patient care in a home care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with the senior population. This role involves assisting with daily activities, documentation and compliance with our companies' policies. Hours are flexible and office staff is very supportive.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, etc.
• Report any abnormalities to nursing staff
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations
• You may care for patients with specialized needs including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care.

Experience

• Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, or providing senior care is highly desirable
• Certification as a CNA/STNA is a plus
• CPR certified is desirable- we offer CPR classes.
• Clean background check will be required.
• Tb testing will be required
