Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients health and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care medication administration and monitoring of vital signs
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
• Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff
• Travel to patients homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
• Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
