JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-energy Director of Nursing (DON) to command our home health operations. In this pivotal executive role, you will champion patient advocacy, inspire a remote clinical workforce, and drive clinical strategy. You are not just a manager; you are the architect of our care standards, balancing regulatory precision with compassionate, community-focused leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspire & Mobilize: Mentor, coach, supervise and scale an elite team of dedicated home health professionals.
• Build Relationships: Maintain a positive, professional relationship with the patient, patient's family, consulting physicians, case managers, direct care staff, and the entire staff at PARC.
• True Ownership: Drive the clinical vision with autonomy, backed by supportive executive leadership.
• Champion Compliance: Keep our operations audit-ready by mastering state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
• Innovate Care: Oversee the Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to elevate patient outcome metrics.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with executive stakeholders to optimize utilization and drive PARC expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Management: 2+ years of Home Health Care management and administrative experience.
• Licensure: Current, valid RN license with Michigan Board of Nursing.
• Regulations: Solid knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Rules and regulations.
• Software: Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky software is a major plus.
