Home Care Aide

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Home Care Aide / Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home support to clients in their daily lives. The ideal candidate is caring, attentive, and committed to helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in a safe home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors and family members
• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• HCA, CNA, or Enrolled in an HCA or CNA program (required)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to pass background check and any required screenings (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (required)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
