Schedule
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Additional day shift: Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • CNAs will always be paired—you will not be working alone

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care tailored to each client’s needs
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including:
    • Meal preparation and feeding
    • Light housekeeping and linen changes
    • Transportation to appointments and errands
    • Outdoor activities and shopping
  • Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
  • Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
  • Must be CNA certified (no caregivers)
  • 2–3 years of experience required
  • Must provide a resume with relevant experience
  • Experience with total care patients and Hoyer lift required
  • Must be reliable, a team player, and committed
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR certification
  • Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
Important Information
  • This is a VIP patient, and the family is very particular
  • A meet-and-greet/interview with the family is required prior to starting
  • We will accommodate all reasonable requests from the family for this case
