Job Qualification

• A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated Home Health Coding and OASIS QA experience is required.
• Current coding certificate is required (eg, CPC, COC, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, HCS-D).
• RN, BSN or other allied health care professional degree is strongly preferred.
• OASIS or home health QA certification is preferred but not required (eg, BCHH-C, HCS-O, COQS).
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in professional writing, ability to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ability to speak English proficiently to U.S.-based clients.
• Position is fully remote/work-from-home.
• Flexible schedule, but must be able to commit a specific number of hours or number of charts in a specified time period.
• Preferably located in the Philippines or India since pay will be either in PH or IN currency.

• To be discussed during interview, but will be paid a fixed rate depending on the type of task given.
• Tasks could either be any of the following:

• Coding only
• Coding + OASIS QA + Plan of Care QA
• Coding + OASIS QA
