🚨 **Hiring: Registered Nurse – Home Health**

📍 **Location:** San Diego, CA

💰 **Pay Rate:** $50 – $52 per hour

⏳ **Duration:** 13 Weeks

🕒 **Shift:** Day Shift (5x8 Hours) | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a **Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health** for a field position in **San Diego North**. The candidate should be comfortable performing home health visits and providing quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform home health visits in the San Diego North area

• Assess patient health needs and create individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients and families about managing illnesses and recovery

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care

**Requirements:**

• Minimum **1 year Home Health experience**

• **BLS/CPR Certification** required

• **California RN License preferred** (Pending CA license accepted if applied)

• Experience with **OASIS documentation**

• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively

• Willing to travel between patient locations (mileage reimbursed)

• **COVID-19 & Flu Vaccine required** (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed)
