Home Health PT/OT/ST

Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) / Speech Therapist (ST) – PRN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed PT, OT, and ST professionals to provide in-home therapy services on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of therapy focused on improving mobility, daily living skills, communication, and swallowing function. Therapists will collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery, independence, and quality of life in a home health setting.

Compensation:

• $75 per assessment visit
• $70 per regular visit

Schedule & Pay:

• PRN (flexible schedule)
• Bi-weekly pay period

Important Note:
Selected coverage areas may result in a limited number of patient assignments.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 50.0 per week
