Home Health QA LVN

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated QA Specialist Home Health to join our team. Must be knowledgeable in-patient care and home health regulations.

Duties

• Coordinate with various departments to address quality issues and implement solutions
• Prepare and present quality reports to management
• Conduct audits of patient charts, documentation, to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory and accreditation surveys.
• Review clinical notes, ensuring the best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience on QA in home health setting is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a home health setting.
• Strong experience with audits of patient charts and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LVN (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
