Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join our client’s growing team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, comfort, and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following physician-directed care plans
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication, and home safety
• Document all care accurately and in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Participate in case conferences, training, and performance improvement activities
  
  

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible daytime hours with minimal weekend shifts per year
• Includes local travel; travel reimbursement provided
• Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
• This is a Pay Per Visit position

• Local travel required within the Arlington Heights area
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience (home health preferred)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in home health or community-based nursing
• Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
