Pay & Schedule

• Follow-Up Visits: $45–$75 per visit
• Start of Care (SOC) Visits: $100–$125 per visit
• Flexible scheduling: per diem, part-time, or full-time opportunities
• Note: This is per-visit pay, not hourly. Consistent assignments available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and home environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, RNs, and the care team
• Document patient progress and update records
• Supervise home health aides as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ years nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with electronic charting and mobile healthcare technology
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in the field and perform physical tasks (lifting, transferring patients)
