Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Hiring Range$40 - $115 per visit

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $115.00 per hour
