Job Title - RN - Home Health (Nurse Assesor)

Job Locations - (Hybrid - 2 days remote and 3 days on-site) (Candidate can choose one)

• Bronx- Morrisania
• Brooklyn - Williamsburg/Greenpoint
• Brooklyn - Midwood-Flatbush
• Manhattan - Upper East/West Side
• Queens - The Rockaways
• Queens - Jackson Heights
• Queens - Long Island City
• Nassau County
• Hudson Valley - Westchester
• Pay Range - $54 - $55/hr + $86.25/weekly for mileage
• Duration - 12 months of contract + possible extension upto 5 years
• ONE MONTH REMOTE TRAINING OF UAS

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: $54.00 - $55.00 per hour
