Territory: Roanoke, VA

Nayar Health Care is seeking a motivated Home Health Sales & Marketing Representative to develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Roanoke and surrounding territory.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, expanding referral networks, and representing a trusted healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners
• Educate healthcare professionals about Nayar Health Care home health services
• Identify new referral sources and opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient admissions
• Track referral activity and maintain territory reports

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
• Healthcare or medical sales experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Robust bonus structure with strong earning potential
• Gas Card and $300 monthly vehicle stipend
