Company Description

Lightwork Home Health specializes in identifying and addressing invisible toxins and pollutants in homes that could negatively impact health. We conduct comprehensive tests on air quality, water quality, EMF exposure, mold likelihood and more. We then resolve these hazards and optimize environments for peak wellness and performance. We believe creating a healthy home is one of the most important things you can do to improve your health.

Founded by Andy Bromberg (CoinList, Eco), Alexa Bromberg (SortJoy), Jay Devram (Universe Health), and Justin Mares (Truemed, Kettle & Fire) — non-operational board member. We're growing quickly with four locations in the US, testing homes nationwide, and expanding our European presence after acquiring a business there. Our team includes Johnny Bowman (Harvard MBA, former COO of Upward Farms) as General Manager of NYC, and Dom Francks (Founder of Vivify) as General Manager of SF. We're supported by a scientific advisory board of environmental health experts.

Role Description

We're looking for a Home Health Technician to be our person on the ground — flying to client homes across the country and conducting assessments. You'll spend 4-6 hours in each home testing water quality, air quality, EMFs, lighting, and mold likelihood using professional-grade instruments and our spatial mapping app. After each assessment, you'll submit data to our head office team who handles analysis and report writing. This is a great stepping stone role into a General Manager position.

Location

Why Apply?
