Beta Tester — Mobile Home Inspection App ($100 Flat Rate)

Homebrella is a new home inspection platform, and we're looking for licensed home inspectors to beta test our mobile app on real inspections.

What you'll do

- Complete our in-app onboarding (account setup, license verification, profile)

- Use the Homebrella mobile app to run at least one real home inspection end-to-end — from intake through report delivery

- Share honest feedback on what worked, what broke, and what's missing

What we're testing

- The full inspection workflow on-site (photos, narratives, ASHI-aligned sections, signature, report generation)

- Onboarding friction

- Anything that gets in your way during a real job

Who we're looking for

- Licensed home inspector in any U.S. state (any experience level — new or seasoned)

- Comfortable trying new software on a real inspection (we'll support you the whole way)

- iPhone or Android device

Time commitment

- ~30 min onboarding

- 1 real inspection using the app

- ~20 min feedback session (short call or written form — your choice)

Total: roughly 2–3 hours of your time, spread across one inspection day.

Compensation

$100 flat rate, paid within 7 days of completing the inspection and feedback session.
