We are currently looking for a motivated home inspection student who is actively enrolled in school and working toward obtaining their Nevada home inspector license.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed inspectors in conducting thorough home inspections, including visual assessments of structural components, systems, and overall property condition
• Collect and document detailed data on building elements such as framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and insulation
• Help analyze inspection findings and prepare reports that clearly communicate issues or concerns
• Maintain professional communication with clients and agents

Skills

• Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and inspection tasks
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively
• Good analysis skills for evaluating construction quality and identifying discrepancies
• Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and site experience preferred
• Knowledge of contracts, project documentation, and data collection methods
• Ability to work efficiently on construction sites while maintaining safety standards
