Home Inspector/Technician

The DILIGENT Family of Brands is a group of service companies that is a locally owned and operated out of Nashville, TN. We are looking for an energetic candidate that would like to be a part of our enterprise, perhaps fulfilling a variety of support roles.

We are looking for a hard working self starter that isn't afraid of hard or dirty work, but would like a chance to exercise their brain and people skills. AN ideal candidate might be interested in construction or real estate or BOTH, and have a heart to serve others. Skills and experience would be ideal, but a willing worker and a driven individual will ultimately be the right person selected for this position.

We are *ideally* looking for someone who already carries Home Inspection license in TN or has a pest control certification (Category 7 WDO Certified Applicator), or even possibly possessing trades experience in plumbing and/or electrical. Our ideal candidate, if they are not already licensed, would be interested in getting certified or licensed in one or more of these areas. (All costs and fees associated with the certification or license would be paid for by the company.)

There is substantial potential for advancement dependent on job performance, attention to detail, and self-motivation, and the company grows, so would your position and responsibilities.
