Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Home Loan Field Executive to join our dynamic team at Surabhi Realtors. The candidate will handle client coordination, loan documentation, and field operations related to home loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads for home loans through client meetings and field activities.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
Guide customers about eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify all necessary documents.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain reports.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in home loan or field sales
Bike: Mandatory (for field visits)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Must reside in Thane or nearby areas
Strong communication and convincing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
