Home Maintenance Crew Leader

Priority 1 Home Services is a locally owned, family-operated company serving Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties. We specialize in painting, flooring, handyman services, repairs, property refreshes, move-out services, and residential improvement projects for homeowners, property managers, investors, and real estate professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Complete residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Assist with painting, flooring, carpentry, punch-out work, and general handyman tasks
• Work safely and efficiently on a variety of projects
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Represent the company professionally with customers and clients
• Work independently and as part of a team

Crew Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews and oversee daily project execution
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate job progress and project needs
• Maintain quality control and jobsite safety

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Maintenance, painting, flooring, remodeling, or handyman experience preferred
