Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lexington, KY. As a Home Maintenance Technician, you will handle various maintenance and repair tasks, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive care. Daily responsibilities include assessing and completing repair requests, performing routine inspections, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in home and commercial settings. You will work independently or as part of a team, providing reliable service to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general Home Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance work
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving maintenance issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in home or commercial maintenance
