Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as mobility support, hygiene care, feeding, and medication
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Support patients with post-surgical care, chronic illness management, and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and observations
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and the Bridge Home Care team to ensure quality service
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing (hospital or home care)
• Qualification: ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing/others
• Strong patient-handling and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in home care settings
• Willingness to travel within Kerala based on assignment
