Home nurse

1. Visits patients at home to provide medical help where they live.

2. Checks vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and breathing.

3. Gives medicines on time, including pills, injections, or IV fluids.

4. Cares for wounds, changing dressings and helping them heal.

5. Assists with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.

6. Monitors health changes and reports anything important to doctors or family.

7. Manages medical equipment like oxygen machines or feeding tubes.

8. Educates patients and families on how to care for the patient safely.

9. Keeps records of treatments, medicines, and patient progress.

10. Provides emotional support to help patients feel safe and comfortable.
