Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their remodeling goals, preferences, and budgets through proactive outside and inside sales efforts
• Provide detailed consultations on renovation options, including layout design, lighting design, and material selections using tools like SketchUp and CAD software
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos and lighting sales presentations to upsell premium solutions
• Develop accurate project layouts and designs that align with client needs while collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope of work to secure high-end sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Manage account details using POS systems and maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and project updates
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting remodeling services through community outreach, digital channels, and in-store merchandising efforts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, interior design, or renovation consulting with a strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell premium products and services confidently
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience in high-end sales environments or retail sales is preferred but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
