Do you enjoy chatting with people, love interior design, and get excited about turning ideas into beautiful spaces?

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our design showroom team in Santa Barbara! If you have sales experience, know how to follow up with leads, and want to help homeowners create their dream remodels, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet walk-ins with warmth and confidence — you're the first impression!
• Ask great questions to learn what each client wants and needs in their remodel
• Guide people through selecting cabinets, flooring, countertops, appliances, and more
• Create accurate, clear quotes that work for the client and the company
• Follow up with leads (and don’t let them go cold)
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and contractors
• Help us grow our showroom’s reputation and client base in Santa Barbara

You’d Be a Great Fit If:

• You’ve worked in sales, design, or customer service — and you’re good at it
• You’re friendly, professional, and a great communicator
• You’re reliable and follow through on promises
• You enjoy helping people make decisions and feel confident in their choices
• You can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of remodeling, design, or construction
• Experience using quoting tools, CRM platforms, or design software
• A strong local network in Santa Barbara or nearby
