Position Summary

We’re hiring a General Laborer to assist with a variety of accessibility-focused renovation and installation projects. This is a hands-on role involving construction support, client interaction, and regular travel to job sites throughout Saint Clair and Macomb counties.

Responsibilities

• Install and assist with:
• Wheelchair ramps (permanent and rental)
• Bathroom renovations (tub cut-outs, walk-in showers)
• Grab bars, stair lifts, elevators
• Home construction and demolition tasks
• Drive to job sites
• Perform site cleanup and organize tools/materials
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients on-site

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Punctual, dependable, and respectful
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners and clients
• Prior construction, renovation, or tools experience is a bonus (but not required)
