Home Renovation Specialist/Heavy Plumber - $60-$80k - all trades needed!

Blue Chip Maintenance is a residential repair company that does large and small jobs to bring quality to every home we work on.

We are looking for a field supervisor that is VERY skilled in PLUMBING***, drywall, carpentry, and general handymen work to complete work orders for single family rental homes.

Requirements:

- Truck or Van (We offer Vehicle Stipend of $500/month + Gas card)
- Clean driving record -
- Pass Background Check and drug test
- Must be able to show up and communicate
- Quality work and ability to fix mistakes others make when needed
- Ability to use smartphone technology as we use service titan

Benefits:

A vehicle stipend $500/ month = 6k a year + Gas card, Paid time off, Salary + bonuses, sick time, 401k, regular reviews and pay raises possible
