Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Home Renovator to lead and execute comprehensive residential renovation projects. In this role, you will transform living spaces by applying your expertise in carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, flooring, painting, and various construction techniques. Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to accurately execute renovation tasks.
• Perform a wide range of construction activities including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, plumbing, and electrical.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, concrete finishing, and glass installation.
• Manage construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control at various stages of renovation projects.
• Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure clear communication about project progress and any adjustments needed.
• Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation, tracking progress, and collaboration.
• Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials and labor needs for each project phase.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in residential or commercial construction renovation with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of trades including carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), plumbing, electrical , flooring installation (tile, LVP ), plastering, , restoration work, and interior remodeling
• Skilled in operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders as well as heavy equipment when required.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring is highly desirable for integrated renovation projects.
• Ability to perform detailed construction inspection to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and efficient workflow management. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
