Home Room Teacher

Birla Open Minds International School, Bandlaguda Jagir, is inviting applications from dedicated and passionate educators for the position of Home Room Teacher.

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary teacher and mentor for the assigned class
• Plan and deliver lessons as per the curriculum and school guidelines
• Monitor students’ academic progress, behavior, and overall development
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
• Coordinate with subject teachers and school leadership
• Maintain student records, reports, and documentation
• Participate in school activities, trainings, and meetings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject
• B.Ed mandatory
• Experience as a Homeroom / Class Teacher preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for student-centered learning and mentoring

Salary: As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
