Position Overview

As a Home Sales Consultant at Landmark Homes, you will drive sales by working with and creating leads, guiding prospective buyers through their decision-making process, and clearly setting next steps to help them move forward confidently. You will communicate the value of our well-crafted homes, promote our vast product line of options, and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals for your community.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to run their own community like a business and finds success through proactive engagement and self-driven effort.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & LEADS

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for your community.
  • Create, nurture, and convert leads—including generating your own traffic through proactive outreach and community engagement.

* Conduct professional tours of model homes, inventory homes, and the community, clearly highlighting key features and **unique selling points**.

* Ensure an efficient handoff of leads from the **Online Sales Representative (OSC)** and set clear next steps for every buyer interaction.

  • Enter, track, and manage all leads in the CRM (HubSpot) with accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and execute a monthly business plan aligned with traffic goals, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Meet and exceed required contact and follow-up metrics to drive decisions and forward progress.
  • Prepare and present purchase agreements with confidence and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for buyers from the first interaction through closing.
  • Provide weekly/biweekly buyer updates via email, phone, or other agreed methods.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of competing communities and local market conditions.
  • Solicit buyer reviews and prepare buyers for upcoming surveys.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

  • Partner with marketing to support community events and strengthen visibility through social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with the OSC and Business Development teams to drive additional traction to your community.
  • Represent Landmark Homes at local industry and realtor events.
  • Conduct outreach to real estate offices and local businesses with treats, flyers, or informational materials to increase awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with realtors through calls, emails, office visits, and in-person presentations.
  • Engage with local businesses to support your monthly business plan and drive traffic.
  • Participate in weekly “Nail & Sale” meetings with construction to stay aligned on progress, needs, and upcoming milestones.

MODEL HOMES & INVENTORY HOMES

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before opening to complete all opening procedures.
  • Unlock all doors, turn on lights, and ensure the model home is welcoming.
  • Perform light weekly cleaning (dusting, wiping counters, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.).
  • Place A-frames and other signage in designated locations to help buyers find the model home.
  • Walk inventory homes weekly to verify cleanliness, readiness, and presentation.
  • Identify and report signage, cleanliness, or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
  • Submit weekly and monthly requests for collateral, supplies, and model home needs.

  • Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Expand knowledge of construction, lending, and the home-building market.
  • Review collateral, websites, and syndicated listings regularly for accuracy.
  • Attend all required sales trainings, team meetings, and development opportunities.

  • Salary Description $15.16 per hour draw plus commission
