Job Description:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of task including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, junk removal, and epoxy flooring. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training will be provided.

Duties

• Clean windows (interior and exterior) for residential properties
• Perform pressure washing of driveways, patios, decks, and siding
• Clean and maintain gutters, including debris removal and flushing downspouts
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to homeowners
• Report any property damage or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home service or cleaning field preferred, but not required
• Ability to work at heights (ladders, lifts) safely
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
