Home Service Sales Rep - Comfort Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a systems sales engineer for our sales process. We provide home comfort, efficiency, and air quality systems. We are the only company that consistently offers top-of-the-line systems to homeowners, mostly in part to how well our home inspections are executed.

Individuals who are serious about their own self development are the best fit for this position. You can start making 6 figures within the first 12 months of this job.

Duties

  • Provide industry-best home inspections for homeowners(interior, crawlspace, attic etc. )
  • Design holistic home efficiency systems for homeowners.
  • Send estimates to homeowners at their appointment
  • Collect Initial Deposits
  • Close a minimum of 33% of leads (warm leads.)
  • Call 25 referral companies per week to increase company network.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
  • Ability to ask for the business in EVERY sales presentation.
  • Be able to conduct inspection in the crawlspace and attics in addition to the interior of the home.
  • Be able to conceptualize the basic science of home performance and the stack effect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
