In this role, you’ll coordinate service calls, manage the schedule, and serve as the central point of communication between customers and technicians. What You’ll Do
- Match technicians to the appropriate jobs based on their skills, experience, and customer needs to ensure successful service calls.
- Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day
- Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes
- Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
- Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan
- Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
