We are looking for a Staging Project Manager to join our growing team. This role manages staging projects from contract to completion, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience while coordinating scheduling, communication, and logistics.
You will work alongside a team of Project Managers and collaborate with our warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to bring each project to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staging clients
- Introduce yourself to new clients after quotes and contracts are sent
- Confirm receipt of quotes and staging contracts
- Answer questions regarding staging packages and services
- Provide guidance throughout the staging process
Contract & Scheduling Coordination
- Guide clients toward completing staging contracts
- Communicate how installation dates are secured
- Track requested install timelines
- Schedule staging installations once contracts are executed
Project Management
- Manage staging projects from contract through installation
- Coordinate details with internal teams including:
- Warehouse
- Logistics
- Operations
- Designers
- Maintain accurate project notes and timelines
Walkthroughs & Project Planning
- Schedule walkthroughs when clients need help deciding:
- Which staging package to choose
- Which rooms should be staged
- Provide professional recommendations based on property layout and market appeal
Client Follow-Up
- Follow up with clients every 2–3 business days if contracts remain unsigned
- Use a combination of phone, email, and text communication
- Maintain a helpful and professional approach
Installation Oversight
- Confirm installation details with clients
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure projects move smoothly through installation and completion

QualificationsRequired

- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
Preferred
- Experience in home staging, interior design, real estate, or project management
- Familiarity with the home listing process
- Experience working with Realtors, builders, or investors
