Home Warranty Account Executive

At BFS, Account Executives are responsible for selling our products and services, and meeting goals for their territories. In this role you will build and maintain relationships with VIP accounts including but not limited to real estate offices, title companies, homeowner’s insurance companies, home builders, and home inspectors. You will meet your performance targets and build your client base through presentations, calling on offices, prospecting accounts, and being face to face as much as possible. This territory also includes opportunities for neighborhood presentations, along with one-on-one opportunities to sell directly to homeowners throughout Fort Pierce and Melbourne, Florida.

  • Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, and other referral partners to drive consistent sales volume.
  • Educate customers and partners on the features, benefits, and value of BFS Home Warranty.
  • Attend open houses, industry events, and office meetings to promote BFS Home Warranty and expand marketing presence.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry updates to effectively position the company’s services.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $800.00 per week
