About the role

Home Coverage Division is hiring phone-based Sales Representatives for our Santa Ana call center. Home warranty experience is not required — if you've sold anything (retail, automotive, insurance, memberships, financial products, SaaS — you name it) and you're good at it, we want to hear from you.

You'll be working warm leads and having real conversations with homeowners about their coverage options. No door-knocking. No cold prospecting from scratch. Just structured, consultative phone sales with a team that knows how to close.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners exploring home warranty coverage
• Present plan options clearly and guide customers toward the right fit
• Follow a proven, consultative sales process
• Meet daily call and conversion targets
• Log activity and outcomes accurately in our CRM

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of sales experience — any industry welcome (phone sales a plus)
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close
• Clear, confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfortable in a structured call center environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus — not required

Location: Santa Ana, CA — onsite only

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Pay: $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
