AmeriCraft Homes is seeking a highly accomplished Homebuilding Development Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential communities that reflect the company’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and operational excellence. This role manages the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition support and entitlements through horizontal and vertical construction and final delivery.

Essential Responsibilities
Development Strategy & Leadership
· Lead residential development projects from due diligence through close-out
· Partner with land acquisition on feasibility, entitlements, and risk analysis
· Act as owner’s representative and primary project leader
Land Development & Entitlements
· Oversee zoning, permitting, and governmental approvals
· Coordinate horizontal development including roads, utilities, and infrastructure
· Manage relationships with municipalities and regulatory agencies
Design, Product & Brand Stewardship
· Manage architects, engineers, and design consultants
· Ensure projects align with AmeriCraft’s architectural and product standards
· Drive value engineering without compromising quality or brand integrity
Construction Oversight
· Oversee horizontal and vertical construction activities
· Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and cost performance
· Manage change orders and contractor accountability
Financial Management
· Develop and manage development budgets and schedules
· Track costs and contingencies against pro formas
· Review bids, contracts, and draw requests
Project Delivery & Turnover
· Lead projects through inspections and final approvals
· Coordinate turnover to construction, sales, and operations
· Ensure completion of close-out documents and warranties
Qualifications
· 8–15+ years of experience in residential development or homebuilding
· Proven success delivering subdivisions and communities in Florida
· Strong knowledge of entitlements, construction, and development finance
· Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or related field
· Strong leadership and execution discipline
· Commercial and financial acumen
· Ability to manage complex, multi-project environments
· Commitment to quality and brand excellence

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
