Position Overview:
Home Care Aides/Caregivers provide non-medical assistance and support with ADL's, and IADL's to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
• Following individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid government-issued ID or Drivers Lic. (Drivers Lic. Preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Current TB test (or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certification (willing to obtain)
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
