What You'll Earn

In addition to your base compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses:

✅ $150 to $300 for each new client referral that begins services
✅ $25 to $50 for each caregiver successfully recruited and onboarded
✅ Unlimited earning potential based on your results

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physician offices, and community organizations
• Generate referrals and help families connect with quality home care services
• Recruit and engage compassionate caregivers
• Assist with client intake, scheduling, and community outreach efforts
• Represent Next Door Homecare at networking events, health fairs, and community functions
• Help grow our presence throughout Glendale, Phoenix, and surrounding communities

• Sales, healthcare, marketing, recruiting, or community outreach experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• This position is supervised remotely by company leadership located outside of Arizona. Are you comfortable working under remote supervision and communicating regularly via phone, email, and video conferencing?
• This is an in-office position and is not remote. Are you able to report to the Glendale office each scheduled workday?
• Are you comfortable conducting in-person marketing and relationship-building visits with healthcare facilities and community partners?
• Do you have at least one year of experience in sales, healthcare, recruiting, customer service, or community outreach?
• This position includes performance-based incentives. Are you motivated by goals and commission opportunities?
• Do you have reliable transportation for community outreach, networking visits, and local business development activities?

Ability to Commute:

• Glendale, AZ 85305 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
