This is an entry-level marketing opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to get out from behind a desk.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll represent A Better Solution throughout Wichita and the surrounding communities by building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

You'll spend your time:

• Visiting hospitals, home health agencies, hospice providers, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, physician offices, senior centers, and community organizations.
• Developing and maintaining professional referral relationships.
• Promoting our in-home care services throughout the community.
• Attending networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
• Delivering marketing materials and company information.
• Following up with referral partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Identifying new opportunities for community partnerships and business growth.
• Working closely with our leadership team to support company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of marketing, sales, customer relations, or community outreach experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current automobile insurance
• Social Security card (required for employment)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Sedgwick County area during the workday

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings for networking events, community functions, or health fairs.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
