A REPUTED HOMECARE PROVIDER IN ABU DHABI REQUIRED RN NURSE

• Conducting patient assessments, including health history and physical examinations
• Creating and implementing personalized care plans
• Administering medication and providing wound care as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient’s vital signs and health conditions, and reporting changes to doctors or family members
• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching appropriate disease management techniques
• Communicating with the patient’s team of doctors and coordinating care with other health professionals
• Documenting patient’s health status and care provided in their medical records
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Ensuring patient safety and adhering to infection control protocols
