HOMECARE NURSE

Homecare Nurse (Female)

Job Description:

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.

· Administer medications, injections, and wound care; monitor vital signs and overall patient conditions.

· Educate patients and caregivers on treatment regimens, health maintenance, and emergency preparedness.

· Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.

· Assess and improve the safety of the home environment.

· Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure continuity of care.

· Assist with personal care activities including feeding, grooming, and mobility support as needed.

· Document care activities and patient progress, reporting to relevant medical staff.

· Provide end-of-life care when applicable, managing pain and emotional needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid license to practice issued by the Qatar Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP)
• Candidates with 2–5 years of continuous hospital experience and no working gap
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) report (Dataflow verification of credentials)
• Passing certificate of Qatar Prometric licensing exam
• DHP Evaluation Done
• Professional certifications such as BLS, ILS, or ACLS certificate
• Valid QID or Transferable Visa
